Most clubs have a few members willing to help the general running of things and Morris teams are no different.

Some weird names though!

  • Our leader. The one we take you to.
• Bagman.
• The one you write, phone or email to.
• Treasurer.
  • The one you/we give the money to.
• Foreman.
  • The one who teaches us what to do.

Although we have a dancing season (out and about) and a practice season (indoors working hard) you can join us at any time.

• Turn up to one of our practices. They usually take place from September to April at St Georges Church Hall, Fons George, Wilton Taunton

We could visit your village or pub on our club night. A few villages run a barbeque whenever we dance there.

We don't have to dance outside a pub (although it is nice to have a pint now and again) a village green or centre can be just as welcoming.
