Morris Men

Will you step with us into 2027?

It's often said that the most difficult step in Morris is the one through the door. Fear not, Taunton Deane Morris Men will always welcome beginners and experienced dancers and musicians so come and join our friendly team.

If you’ve got this far, take another step to come and join us at Bradford-on-Tone Village Hall (opposite The White Horse Inn TA4 1HG), every Tuesday 7:30pm-9:30pm from early September until Easter where we train for our summer dancing season.

Yes, we do wave hankies and clobber each others sticks - it's a tradition we enjoy and is also quite a good workout!

For most of the time we perform traditional Cotswold Morris dances and those from our own Taunton tradition. During the winter we add a collection of Welsh Border dances.
